Phoebe Apartments Wall Quilt ~ 1997
Grandma took part in quilting this wall hanging for the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Phoebe Apartments in 1997. She passed away shortly before the celebration but one of the ladies took a photo and sent it to Mom. It's hard to believe another 21 years has passed!
