Dear Shelby,
Yes, my stationery was really wild. Hallmark sent me a few samples. That's where the pretty ones came from. I need stationery. Can't remember to buy it!
Mrs. Wallace is getting new carpeting this morning. Her furniture is out in the hall. She just bought a new sofa. She is 89.
I'm sure your house will be lovely in those colors.
I really appreciate the pictures. They really are making some headway.
I have about 24" done on the afghan. It looks okay. I hope it is right. I also have started on the picture.
I must go to the market today. I really don't need much.
I have about 50 more pages to read in the Kennedy book. I can't believe Ethel is that kind of person. But again, I don't know much about her either.
I need a haircut. I was going out today to get it done but I slept too late to get an early start (8:00). They get so busy during the day. I'll go Monday.
Our weather is just lovely - a little nippy in the morning though.
Do you have your cactus in the sun? I have mine in the hall window.
Well hon, not much news here so write when you can. Love to you & Jack. Thanks again for the pictures.
Take care.
Love always,
Grandma
