Dear Shelby,
Thanks for the nice letter. I love the cartoon!
It sure is cold here today. 8F this morning and a wind chill of -19F. Ruth called & asked me if I was going out! I said "No way!" We have so much ice on the ground.
I am so glad your plants are doing so well & look so pretty. Those 2 never did bloom much for me. Not the right environment.
I am sending you a clipping from "Dear Abby". I thought it was worth a few chuckles.
I am working on that afghan that I just sent for. I think I sent you a copy of the picture. It goes easy! I only have about 5" done. I have arthritis in my left shoulder & I can tell when I use that arm too much. It hurts the next day but I don't let that stop me.
I like your return address stickers. You seem to have so many different kinds.
