Grandma Letter ~~ Postmarked February 27, 1995
She wrote:
Dear Shelby,
Received your nice letter.
It snowed & sleeted here over the weekend & is very dark & cloudy here today after more snow last night.
Ruth got home last Wednesday. She enjoyed her trip. Ray wants her to come stay a while with him in Tulsa. She is planning on going in May.
We went to see Paul Newman in "Nobody's Fool". It was good. We want to see Peter Falk in "Roommates" when it comes out. I'm watching "Dances With Wolves" this weekend.
I go to Dr. Shore tomorrow. Hope everything is ok.
I'm reading "Valley of Decision". It is very good. I've had it for years & just started reading it again.
Well, there really isn't any news here. If there was any news, Mrs. Wallace is keeping it to herself! I get all my news from her.
