This yellowed and aged copy of my grandmother's pie crust recipe is of another era. I've never made a pie crust from scratch and have only ever bought refrigerated crusts at the grocery store on the rare occasions that I actually bake a pie. I'm sure there's a world of difference taste and texture wise.
